    Security Operations Manager with multi-site responsibility for Northern California  security branch. Oversight of people management, operational performance, customer communication and engagement and financial results of business unit. 


    Responsibility for operational and administrative oversight for multiple customer sites within assigned geographical region.  


    Essential Functions:


    • Manage all operational procedures in geographic area as assigned by General Manager or Vice President.
    • Manage all HR related functions to include, but not limited to, full-cycle recruiting, on-boarding documentation, safety, uniforms, equipment, disciplinary actions, payroll, employee issues, state licensing requirements (as applicable) and separation documentation.
    • Manage financial performance of business, including controlling labor cost, managing overtime and other direct costs.  Make adjustments in operational tactics to positively impact bottom line. 
    • Communicate staffing needs and assist with identifying, interviewing and hiring quality candidates
    • Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, performance evaluations, recognition, etc.)
    • Take a proactive role in communicating with the client, providing technical expertise and solutions
    • Willingness to travel as required between sites.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.


    • 5-7 Years of Multi-Unit Management, preferably in security services industry
    • Associates degree or higher strongly preferred
    • Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, E-Mail and Excel
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Superior problem solving skills
