    Responsible for the day-to-day security business operations in LA, Orange, and San Diego counties, based in Fountain Valley, CA. Responsibilities include Profit & Loss statement management, new and existing client relations, operational management and development of new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver high quality customer service. Achieve excellent performance metrics through regular, proactive contact with clients
    • Create and maintain a collaborative team environment from top- down
    • Mentor and develop talent, be inclusive and available to all security staff
    • Evaluate and analyze service quality and make timely corrections as needed
    • Create, manage, and maintain operational scheduling to meet client needs, control overtime, and create financial profitability
    • Maintain top-level performance and operate within fiscal parameters:
      • Devise and execute business plans, projections, financial growth strategies
      • Final oversight of weekly payroll and accurate client billing
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws, all security specific requirements, and company policies
    • Coach and manage security supervisors and employees to obtain best performance. Counsel and provide corrective discipline as needed, including terminations
    • Hire, train, and schedule security officers and support staff  to meet the needs of our clients
    • Execute security operations and training while maintaining sound discipline of corporate procedures
    • Develop new client relationships and secure business opportunities, respresent the company at client- facing events and meetings
    • Emphasize general safety practices, and implement specifics per company policy 
    • Travel to client sites as needed to provide employee coaching and maintain client service expectations
    • Maintain open, proactive relationship with corporate office and field support staff

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of successful supervisory/managerial experience required
    • 5 + years experience working in Security industry preferred
    • Strong emphasis on employee development and growth 
    • Demonstrated success in P&L management  
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Professional and proactive response to stressful situations 
    • Valid state driver’s license required
