    CSC is currently seeking a Control Room Dispatcher (Sergeant Level) with at least 5 years of security experience to support

    our client in Valhalla, NY, Westchester County.


    Essential Functions:

    • Handle security issues and emergency situations according to client protocol
    • Understand site-specific operations
    • Oversight of general console operations (CCTV and video)
    • Answer and direct calls using proper phone etiquette 
    • Remain flexible to ever changing environment; adapt well to different situations
    • Monitor all alarm systems
    • Enter and manage log entries into Control Room log book
    • Inform Shift Supervisor of all security activities, emergency notifications and administrative request.
    • Ensure Control Room video monitors and recording systems are operable





    • Prior security experience is a must
    • Must have 5 years of verifiable Security Experience
    • Various shifts available including days, afternoons, evenings/overnights and weekends
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently
    • Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively at client site
