    Patrol Officers work directly with operations management to provide effective leadership to uniformed security team members, emphasizing customer service, professionalism and dependability. Typical responsibilities include assuring compliance with service contracts, reporting and resolving client issues, preparing written client post instructions and procedures, scheduling uniformed personnel, reviewing operational paperwork, conducting officer training updating changes in the scheduling database, and preparing logs/reports. Patrol  are also responsible for conducting site visits.

    Patrol Officer must be self-motivated, proactive, assertive and capable of anticipating requirements and problems. The Supervisor must lead by promoting a positive example and be able to motivate the security team to work toward continuous process improvements and higher quality assurance. Additionally, the Patrol Lead must have the flexibility to respond or supervise, audit, evaluate/drill or fill in as relief if post not filled.

    • HS Diploma/GED; Associates Preferred

    • Valid California Guard Card

    • Valid Driver License and clean DMV record
