    Command Security Corporation (NYSE MKT: MOC) is a provider of Physical Security Solutions for the Commercial, Local, State, Federal Government and Aviation marketplace. The company continues strong growth and market expansion, and is looking to add Business Development leadership.

    Position Summary

    The Business Development Leader is responsible for meeting and exceeding his or her assigned geographic – vertical market territory forecast. This will be accomplished by aggressively pursuing new sales opportunities and by effectively establishing strong business relationships. The Business Development Leader is responsible for working collaboratively with the Regional Operations leadership team and office, ensuring contract compliance, staffing, and management can be achieved.


    • Market all physical security solutions (product and services) in assigned vertical market geographic territory by using exceptional selling skills to exceed pre-established territory forecasts.
    • Work collaboratively with Regional Operations leadership team, and HQ pricing lead.
    • Participate in weekly sales staff calls – highlighting significant sales activities, and providing key forecast updates
    • Submit weekly sales reports
    • Provide monthly sales results report and updated forecast.
    • Consistently (daily) update Company CRM program for customer and forecasted opportunities
    • Work collaboratively with sales support members and/or Proposal Leader for executing compliant quotation, proposal requests, and marketing follow up.
    • Working jointly with sales support resources, help conduct ongoing (quarterly) direct marketing campaigns through utilization of industry segment lead research database resources.
    • Control expenses against pre-established budgets and submit required expense reports in a compliant and timely manner.


    • College Degree preferred or 3+ years of industry experience.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Prior experience with CRM programs a plus.
    • Exercise self discipline, motivation, and enthusiasm.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Good organizational, planning, and scheduling skills
    • Willingness to travel for accomplishing assigned goals.
    • Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
    • Prior experience within the security, aviation, homeland security, or defense industry a plus.
    • Expertise in key verticals a plus – Transportation/Logistics, Healthcare, Banking, Technology Campus/Manufacturing
