Implement program initiatives to improve HR administration and systems. Analyze process and system gaps and develop and implement solutions/corrective actions. Focus attention on continuous improvements including but not limited to: WinTEAM data extraction; develop and distribute standard reports; development of HR performance metrics (examples: retention, attrition, average time to hire, key talent inventory); staffing program enhancements company-wide; paycard program rollout and administration.
Extensive knowledge in one or more HR disciplines (staffing, compensation, HRIS)

Manage employee relations issues in a unionized environment, including step one in the grievance procedure
Lead and execute full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing tactics, employee screening, interview scheduling, development of offers and on-boarding/orientation.
3-5 years of progressive HR management responsibility
Experience in organizations relying on large enterprise databases• Experience in decentralized or matrix-management firms• College degree in Human Resources or Business Administration• Field HR or remote office location experience
